Hundred Acre Bruschetta Recipe
INGREDIENTS
2 Large Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
1/2 Red Onion, Finely Chopped
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
4 Tablespoons Hundred Acre Olive Oil™
Salt & Pepper To Taste
1/2 Cup Parmesan Or Mozzarella Cheese, Freshly Graded
1 French Baguette
8-10 Fresh Basil Leaves, Finely Chopped
2 Cloves Of Garlic
DIRECTIONS
Chop tomatoes, basil, garlic and onion, place in a bowl. Mix in vinegar, Hundred Acre Olive Oil™, salt and pepper to taste. Preheat oven to broil. Slice baguette into thin slices. Place onto a cookie sheet, sprinkle with cheese and place into broiler until cheese has melted. Top the warm toasts with the tomato mixture. Enjoy!
